K–12 schools are affirming the social transition of very young students while deliberately deceiving parents about their children’s mental health problems, sundering families’ trust in teachers and public education (Pidluzny, Trainor & Zelden, 2022, p. 5–7). At schools and universities around the country, students and teachers are being compelled to address each other by favored pronouns that do not correspond to biological sex—a clear violation of First Amendment free speech protections and religious exercise guarantees (Pidluzny, 2021). Men are muscling into women’s bathrooms and locker rooms, and sexual assault is covered up by school leaders (Bernstein, 2021).

Involvement of parents in decisions about their children’s lives is critical. Not only should schools not be allowed to keep secrets from parents about their kids, but schools should get parental consent before they begin socially transitioning kids at school.

Young children in elementary schools are being sexualized by radical gender ideology. Publicly funded school boards appear to have gone rogue, censoring and silencing parents who express concerns over the appropriateness of sexually explicit content in school libraries and the necessity of gender theory being embedded into the curriculum.

Stop schools from keeping secrets from parents - Involvement of parents in decisions about their children’s lives is critical. Not only should schools not be allowed to keep secrets from parents about their kids, but schools should get parental consent before they begin socially transitioning kids at school.

Protect girls’ sports and spaces - It’s simply not fair to let biological boys compete against our daughters in sports. We must ensure girls competitive athletics means biological girls only. We must also protect our children’s privacy and safety when using school facilities. Sex-segregated locker rooms and restrooms should be based on biological sex.

Protect Kids from sterilization and mutilation - Minors cannot consent to sterilization or removing healthy body parts. To protect the future reproductive and sexual health of children into adulthood, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, mastectomies, and transitional genital surgeries for minors should not be allowed.
